best place to stay, will repeat again.my family very happy

We had an enjoyable stay in a 2-bedroom apartment for 5 nights. The unit has a spacious living and dining areas with a kitchenette. The balcony at the living room offers a beautiful ocean view with a relaxing vibe. There are two bathrooms, of which one en-suite in master bedroom. The entire unit is well-maintained and clean. There is a convenience store opening from 7am–2am on the ground floor.. There is also a nice infinity pool with a jacuzzi section on the 7th floor. Housekeeping only on alternate days and service was quite prompt to requests.

property are well maintained and as per picture show. downside during peak season when checkout only have 3 lift and everyone checkout same time so time to spend for waiting lift take some time. checkout time is 11 am is bit early .

so nice . will come back for next staycation . the view is amazing because we get sea views . 3 day 2 nights

We had an enjoyable stay in a 3-bedroom apartment for 3 nights. It has a spacious living and dining areas with a kitchenette. There is a balcony accessible from the living room and two of the bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with an ensuite bathroom. The entire unit is well-maintained and clean. There is a 24-hour convenience store on the ground floor near the lobby. There is also a nice infinity pool with a jacuzzi section on the 7th floor. All the staff, including the security guard, front desk and housekeeping, are friendly and efficient except for one particular front desk lady named Sobini (if I saw her name tag correctly). She was smile-less and pretty rude in her tone. In case anyone thinks it might be a customer problem, I’ve observed she was also very rude and unfriendly with a hostile vibe to every customer, no matter how friendly and pleasant they are. Fortunately we only encountered her once on our last day upon checkout, or else it will definitely affect our experience.

Need to collect the access card before enter the car park at the office at the lobby. Facilities all considered quite new.
