At first, the service at the front desk seemed a bit poor; the man wasn't very friendly. Then we got to our room and were pleased with it, though we thought it would have been slightly better if we’d been given a room on a higher floor—but we accepted it as is. The next morning, we had to call for drinking water because none had been left in the room, and the same thing happened on subsequent days; they only left water for us on one day. The towels, however, were excellent—they looked brand new! The dining area and the staff were always very cordial and friendly. Overall, it was a very good experience!
