Very good Hotel close to Shin-Osaka Station. Easy to get everywhere with the tram. Service is nice, super friendly employee and one of the best breakfast buffet around this area.

Excellent hotel and location, the only thing is that the transportation company they use to send suitcases to my other hotel broke my suitcase. other then that everything was good.

this hotel was an easy walk to the train station and had a very close Lawsons so I absolutely loved it because it was very convenient. The room was super clean and I love the bathroom set up. The only problem I had with the room that it was extremely hot and the air conditioning did not work . We only stayed for one night so I did not make a big deal out of it but we did go to the bathhouse and that was very nice, but very humid. I definitely recommend staying here. It was beautiful and affordable.

This hotel is very close to Shin-Osaka station,& easy access to all other locations. the staff here was very polite & some staffs can speak Chinese which is the advantage. The reason I booked this hotel coz there have Spa & sauna. but the only disappointed is I never have chance to enjoy the spa & Sauna always fulled.

Great value! Just a short walk from shin-osaka station and the nearest exit has an elevator. This area is away from the touristy spots but it’s peaceful and has conbinis and restaurants open until late nearby. The property itself is nice and clean, the rooms were spacious and comfy, and ameneties are all provided. Would love to stay again!
