Fantastic

Superior Room, 1 Queen Bed · 2 Adults · 6 Nights

The entire stay was very nice. The place was clean and peaceful. I would recommend to extend the pool time to 8PM. I also recommend a different variety of breakfast. For the staff, everyone was all lively and always greet upon seeing you except for the tall guy at the reception. I asked him to hold on my key card since I will be going to the Water Festival but upon going back, he accused me of not giving the card to him and after that incident, he seemed treats me sourly.

Our stay at this Bangkok hotel was fantastic overall. The location is superb, within walking distance to BTS, MRT, and Terminal 21. The Executive Suite was spacious and included a convenient microwave. While the staff spoke limited English, their friendliness and helpfulness more than made up for it. We encountered a minor issue when trying to confirm our trip before arrival via email, as there was no response. However, reaching out through their official Facebook page resolved the issue promptly. Despite this small hiccup, the positive aspects of our stay far outweighed any challenges. I would gladly return for another visit.
