Highly recommended! 🤍 What made our stay even more special was how thoughtful the staff were. They remembered my birthday and surprised me with a small cake which was such a sweet and heartwarming gesture. 🎂✨ All the staff were lovely, accommodating, kind, and easy to approach. The location is also very convenient with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. I also really loved their breakfast buffet! The beef noodle was delicious. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent location, lovely staff, and thoughtful service. I would definitely stay here again! 💕

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at River Suites Hoi An. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and exceptional service. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a great variety of delicious food and was always fresh. The breakfast crew was incredibly caring and made sure we had everything we needed each morning. Our stay was comfortable, relaxing, and truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable. We highly recommend River Suites Hoi An and would gladly stay here again!

Our flight arrived near midnight but the hotel was able to accommodate us seamlessly. All staffs are friendly and the breakfast is also so goooood! The room was definitely worth what we have paid for. Amazing view of the river but not too noisy. Staying in this hotel made our Hoi An visit super easy and worth it. Thank you!

Hotel was clean and staff are very accommodating and nice. Room was big but shower was within the tub, kinda hard with elderly. Overall, beautiful hotel, good selection on breakfast. River view but no noise on evening.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel staff are all pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is filling and the rooms are clean. Very good location since its just a few meters to the Ancient City. Will definitely go back and recommend to my friends.
