숙소는 모텔을 리모델링한 듯 합니다.
주소지 네비게이션 안내에 따라 도착했는데 숙소명칭이 '더 스테이'가 아닌 '여수 스테이'라고 되어 있어서 잠시 혼동이 있었습니다. 접수대 직원이 "비슷한 이름의 숙소가 많다며 여기가 아니다." 라고 말하다가 "예약자 확인해보겠다." 고 하더니 그제서야 예약이 되어있는 거 맞다고 하더라구요.
숙소 상태는 겉으로 보기에는 깔끔해보이고, 어메니티도 잘 구비되어 있습니다. 수건 상태도 깨끗했습니다.
그러나 그외 청결상태는 겉보기와 다르게 좋지 않았습니다. 객실 바닥은 끈적끈적하고 발에 먼지가 묻어납니다. 이불에서는 냄새가 납니다. 객실 안 테이블 윗면은 잘 안 닦여 있어서 초장 묻은 흔적이 남아 있었습니다.
