Economical and clean hotel with an efficient layout and a free breakfast that included okonomiyaki, miso soup, pastries and beverages. Service was good. Location was fine with several restaurants nearby as well as a konbini. The expressway was right next door but we didn't hear any noise from it. It was also very close to a train station.

1) Lawson convenient store in same building (walk out from hotel and will find it on the left). 2) Next to Tanimachiyonchome OSAKA Metro subway lines (Tanimachi & Chuo). Easy to travel to anywhere in OSAKA. 3) Room a bit small to 2 adults or heavy luggages. 4) Breakfast is good enough but much choice. 5) Bathtub available and amenities is just nice. 6) Washing machine and dryer separated.

This place was very nice. We have enjoyed staying there. The location I think was in the city centre but we found this to be slightly difficult to commute. Reception desk staff was life saving. They helped us to find our lost property. I am extremely grateful for help. I did not expect someone can be so helpful and involved to solve our problem. Hotel and rooms were nice and cosy. Everything was clean as well. Breakfast was in Japanese style but i liked this. I would recommend this hotel very much for everybody.
