Great location, clean, and comfortable. I would like to see phone charges on both sides of the bed. Price is a little high for the location but still competitive. This was our second time starting here and it does not disappoint.

I very much liked this place. And they did me a favor, I wasn’t able to use the purple bimi ticket, so they made a dinner option just for me, and I looked at the menu- the dinner was worth more than the cost of the ticket. They helped me out beyond what they needed to do, I highly recommend this hotel.

Great I had paid for 5 nights at check in. However, the meeting ended after two days. Although the hotel staff said it was not a problem, and gave me an update receipt at check out, I have not seen a refund for the 3 days I did not stay at the hotel. It has been two weeks since I checked out.

Fantastic After a very tiring couple of days, I was so glad I picked this hotel to retire to. Right next to the Shinkansen station but quiet and spotlessly clean with a great sized room this was the perfect business hotel.
