We received an upgrade to a one-bedroom which was wonderful. Lovely boutique vibe and colouful room. Free lollies and free coffee in the foyer. Also received free drinks at happy hour. Room was incredibly spacious. Super comfortable. Nice condiments. Bowels, spoons, knives and forks were great. The bed was comfortable. On level 1 and the noise was fine. Could barely hear a thing. Was a bit stuffy as windows didn't open at all. Our main issue was the casting to the television. We did get working, but for someone that ksn't tech savvy this would be really hard. Once it was working, it would buffer every three minutes. It took us 3 and a half hours to watch a 2 and a half hour film. Wifi was painfully slow. It also cut out several times. If there was a different TV system or one that at least worked properly our stay would have been wonderful. Sadly, we wouldn't stay again based on the tech.

Solo stay

Great overall stay! Did find the bathroom sink far too small though and each time using it would need to mop up the water on the floor. Breakfast was excellent at the Venom Brewery. One suggestion would be to get a professional coffee machine. Found coffee to be sub par for Melbourne standards. Enjoyed tasting some great beers and loved the spicy wings. Will definitely stop in again next time in Melbourne.

Staff are the heroes here, very warm, inviting and friendly. The property is spacious and decor is nice, but it felt in need of a lick of paint. Suite room was comfortable, overall a nice stay. Water took minutes to get hot though… but the blackout blinds/curtains were much needed!
