For business

Absolutely terrible experience. Fire alarm rang 3 am in the morning on 13th June because there were people smoking in the room. Are you kidding me?! Also the room wasn't very clean when I checked in the day before. Three were hairs on the bed sheet which made me suspect didthey really change?!! The price is not cheap at all, definitely not worth it!

I would like to thank Mr. Khader and Mr. Mahsoum, for the great hospitality and there generous. This time I didn't feel good 😔. I will recommend this hotel for another but I wouldn't be a regular guest anymore 😞.

An exceptional stay in every way! The hotel is impeccably clean, and the atmosphere is wonderfully quiet and relaxing. The room was well-appointed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The strategic location is a huge plus, as it’s within walking distance of key attractions, which made my commute very easy. Most importantly, the staff is outstanding—professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking quality and comfort

Superb hotel with a great staff, excellent location right near the tram stop and in an interesting neighborhood. Room was very clean with excellent fixtures, plenty of sockets and usb ports and very quiet. This hotel is excellent for the price and well worth a visit. My experience with the Mercure brand is excellent everywhere.
