First room we were given was completely under maintenance; staff quickly provide another room for us. Very basic but for the price, it was okay. Property is located in the Arab district of Munich so its culturally a little different compared to rest of the city. Great food in the area. Overall, for the price I would say it is worth it.

The hotel is very comfortable and well kept. Staff was polite friendly capable and competent. Available shopping nearby is great and a lot of people loitering outside but not threatening at all.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again for our next Oktoberfest trip. Short 10 min walk to the festival or city center. And 5 minutes to the main train station.
