My travel partner and I recently spent five nights at The LUXE Ubud, and honestly, checking out was the hardest part. The property itself is beautiful, but what truly makes this place unforgettable is the incredible team. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest, most genuine smiles and a level of care and kindness that is simple exceptional.The concierge was also always so responsive and kind. The room was fantastic, and having filtered water throughout the room was a huge plus. We also loved the complimentary scooter service! The restaurant team also deserves their own shout-out. They are professional, warm, and lovely people. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing and beautifully curated each morning. All in all, the kindness, sincerity and the attention to detail the staff team puts into their hospitality is unmatched. We hope to visit again!
