Stayed with family

This hotel is the perfect combination of location and retreat. It is centrally located next to the Kensington Palace and multiple museums & venues. We stayed in a garden view room & woke up to a beautiful vista and excellent daily buffet with everything you need to energize before a busy day exploring! The rooms were nicely decorated with technology upgrades but the mattresses could use improvement (we are used to memory foam - which these were not.). The only element missing was a pool, otherwise close to perfection at a reasonable price!

Location of this property is wonderful. We had a large room, upgraded for free, which looked out across Kensington Garden. Very quiet hotel, never heard street noise or any other room noise. We would definitely stay here again. Whole Foods is also just a block away.

Spotlessly clean. Helpful staff on arrival. Excellent staff on at breakfast very knowledgeable and have great vegan options not so good on the second day unfortunately. Great location near to High Street Kensington tube close to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Large bedroom with great view lovely comfy beds.

Wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Very close to train station and other amenities. Would definitely recommend especially if traveling with family and kids. Well maintained and very clean.

Really delighted with our stay. I was accompanied by my disabled daughter and the duty manager went the extra mile to make us comfortable and he did it in a non obtrusive discreet way which is such a refreshing change. The whole hotel is excellent

Solo stay

It’s pricey for the money,the room was small and a bath shower which was disappointing.The restaurant on the top floor was impossible to book over the 5 nights I stayed and the piano bar was disappointing with no ambiance.The staff were friendly and that’s the best of it but overall as I said it was pricey for what’s on offer.
