The heating was not working and they took ages to shift us in another room and unluckily in another room also it wasn't working, so they shifted us to the third room. Terrible experience as it was so chilly.

Solo stay

The location is excellent - in the city center and only about 5-7 minutes from Belfast Central. There are great restaurants and pubs on the same block as the hotel. Very efficient check-in and check-out processes. Basic, but nice room. Overall, a great option for Belfast.

This hotel is great for location as right in the city centre close to lots of things and buses. It's tired though and in need of some love. Price reflects this I guess as was one of the cheapest I found for city centre. Room was clean, bed comfy but tired. TV remote rubbish and lucky if we actually turned TV off! Room key card also problematic and had to go to back to reception twice during our 3 night stay to get it activated again. Loud bar right on street outside, literally outside the front door. Had to keep room window open as so hot (no Aircon) so was loud until very late but it's a city so never expected quiet.

No air conditioning. Windows handles were broken off. Only one window could be opened and only a bit, not enough to cool the room down. Had 3 nights of sleeping in terribly warm conditions. Asked for a fan for the room because it appeared it was taken from our room. 2 front desk clerks said they would get us one, never happened. 3rd desk clerk said they had no more. They were going to give us another room for the 2nd night but never did. Would not recommend staying there and assuming there would be good customer service. Can’t believe they would not try to help making our stay more comfortable.
