Room, bathroom, bedsheets and pillows are clean. Fridge have abit of dust and some hair, hence not clean. Air-con is working strong, very good in this hot weather. Bed is very confortable. Had a quiet stay. Not much food options within walking distance except McDonald's next door. Near Sanma Chicken Rice, etc. Booked through Klook with Tourism already paid but hotel received from "Ticket.com" aka Trip.com saying not paid. Have to liaise with Klook directly to investigate and managed to get back refund into payment account used. Hotel staff that handled the collection of Tourism tax was on shift and other staff on duty said only that staff can help attend to my issue. I think whoever is on duty should be granted the authority address guests' issues rather than having the guest to wait for the original staff whom had handled. But I managed to resolve directly with Klook, so no need to approach the staff again. Staff are courteous though. Lobby is clean, have good air-con/music.
