I’m not someone who likes to vote on hotels for each stay. But I was not satisfied 2/2/2025 Around 6 pm the staff called me and told me to move me to another place because the room I book had a broken air conditioner . I was confused .At 2:00 AM I arrived at the hotel , the make staff was asleep . I waited for a while before waking up and check me in and give me a key .I was afraid to sleep alone so I called my friend and family then I went to a bathroom to change clothes and hung my dress and lingerie behind the door .In the morning I had to go to a party so I checkout early and forgot about my dress and lingerie . I texted the staff who asked me to change rooms I told her i forgot my dress and lingerie I said will be back in 3 day for pickup my dress keep its for me she said YES . Then before I arrived , she said my thing was missing .I thought that the housekeeping department there was too greedy .My thing were worth about 70-80 dollars , which was nothing compared to me but just Waste of my time to text and call them . The room was really old need to renovate it ,I see the dirty face mask left in the room , so no one would like rent it , so they changed me to that place .If possible , I wouldn’t give any star ……. So so…..disappointed NEVER COME BACK

The hotel has wonderful service. I needed early check in because of someone in my group had been sick, and they made it happen without hesitation. The bed is very comfortable, and room is clean and decorated. You feel like you are in a home. All in all, very happy with the stay, and will come back again.

A good room and a nice place.

푸미흥 내에 있지만 스카이 쪽이 아니라 미칸 쪽이라 조용하고 안전합니다. 룸 사이즈도 넓은 편이고 룸 안에 간단한 키친네트 시설도 있어서 장기 투숙에도 좋아요. 그리고 리셉션 직원들 모두 영어도 잘하고 매우 친절해서 강추합니다.
