Fantastic
The room was clean, the beds comfortable and good lighting in the bathroom. The door was difficult to open and close but secure. Coffee, toast, juice and cereal are included until 9:30 a.m. each morning. The pool was clean, cool and wonderful. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Thank you! Crystal Inn is easy to get to with ample parking. Easy check in and out. I will stay here again.

Fantastic
What a gem of a place and so close to Asbury Park. Not fancy but just right. The staff was exceptional and accommodating and just lovely overall. They are a huge reason why we’d return.

The rooms and the beds were clean, and the air conditioning was working nicely, but definitely the bathrooms and certain portions of the room need to be updated. There is nothing that made them unusable, just not fully updated to the level that they should be kept up. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful during our check-in and made our stay pleasant. We did not use the pool, so we can't comment on that, but breakfast was mediocre at best. I wasn't expecting much more. Parking near the room was plentiful, and we had no issues accessing the parts of Asbury Park that we were traveling to.

Below average
Do not stay at this hotel. Arrived and the room was 77 degrees and thermostat said 70 and then it went to 78. Appliances were unplugged and the carpeting in the hallway was damp. Loud motorcycles next door and was beside a strip club. Felt unsafe at the hotel and area. Asked for a refund and willing to pay for one night out of 2 and they refused. Even the office was disgustingly hot. They even had the door open. Sticking to chains.

Fantastic
It's cute and small, if you need a base for a one night trip to the beach then the crystal inn is your best choice. The pool is quiet, the room is clean, the bed is comfy. The desk worker was very sweet and helped us after we missed up our hotel cards lol. I fully plan to come back again this summer.

Fantastic
This inn was just what we needed, close to the ocean, convinient, clean and close to stores and food areas. The workers were super helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable and offered many good tv channels! The only issue we had was with our keys not working and having to reprogram them (this was due to having them near our phones) but other than that, we had a great stay! We stayed for 4 nights:)
