Love this hotel. We were in the 23rd floor, great view of the surrounding areas. The staff where nice and friendly, the room were big and spacious. Room service was quick. Would definitely stay here again if in Bangkok

Overall is fine. Got upgrade for bigger room from the reception. Just the hotel room is a bit old. Swimming pool is nice but the water quite cold. Staff service is great.
