Walking into the lobby of this hotel was an amazing experience!
After travelling on several rural roads to get there, we were suddenly transported into another world. Wide and spacious, not crowded. A place to relax and to take in the ambvience of it all.
The staff were the best that we have encountered in a long time, and we were thinking to ourselves that this is the 'Hilton difference, the Hilton training'.
Nothing much to say about the food, other than that it was very good, whatever we chose. In fact, I was pleasently suprised at how good it was.
Onsen baths were as one would expect, but the swimming pool and the pool area for children are something to take your breath away. Don't forget, we are talking about the suburbs of Odawara.
Surrounding the hotel are areas of natuaral green lawns, trees and pools. We saw tadpoles in one of the pools today!
At the end of the day, there is not much that I can complain about, so well done Hilton. We will be back
