Fantastic

River Pool Pavilion · 2 Adults · 1 Nights

Stayed in river pool villa last night, room was spacious and clean. The pool was not very big and it’s public area right across the river therefore it lacks a little privacy, still it’s a very comfortable stay, I personally like the canopy suite more. Spa was awesome, very good value for money, staff was very professional.

Service was top notch, staff are all super responsive and they have good attention to details. Food was delicious yet affordable. Spa was also very good value for money (2 hours for c.500hkd but top quality) Stayed in canopy suite for 3 nights and one more night at river pool pavilion and I loved them all! I rarely go back to same hotel but I might do it for this one! It was a perfect getaway from busy city lives, I didn’t want to leave!

Fantastic stay. Photos don’t do this hotel justice. Hotel is very clean and staff is extremely welcoming and attentive (eg u sit by the pool then they help serve u snacks and water right away) Plenty of activities everyday for free including yoga, cycling, movies etc, we didn’t get to attend the mixology class which I heard was also great. Yoga teacher is professional. More importantly, this hotel is just the most beautiful one in bali, it’s second to none. Love how they managed to blend the nature (jungles and waterfall) into the hotel. Plenty of variety of cuisines (local or western) for breakfast. Dinner is also delicious. Only drawback is the location is not very convenient and traffic in bali is bad but it’s perfectly fine for me as I just want a staycation anyways. Wish I stayed here longer!!
