Stayed with kids

Our stay at Reverie was absolutely wonderful. The staff at the Residence Suite was excellent from start to finish — welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our experience feel comfortable and memorable. The suite itself was beautiful, clean, and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Reverie to anyone looking for exceptional service and a great stay.

My guest leaves early by one day and they informed the staff more than a day before departure but the staff said they cannot handle it because their manager is not there. I called Expedia to handle it and Expedia got to the same situation like me. The next day their manager said it is over cancellation time and they will not give any refund. I actually did not ask for a refund but for a credit for the next stay, which was also rejected by their manager. NO HOSPITALITY and a ATTITUDE PROBLEM when they reply my message by a pdf email.
