엘리베이터부터 복도 룸에 이르기까지 곰팡이 냄새가 강렬합니다. 침대는 스프링쿠션감을 그대로 느낄 수 있구요, 에어컨 바람이 알굴에 직사됩니다.어메니티는 장급수준이고, 냉장고는 미지근한데다 비데는 물줄기가 따가울 정도 입니다. 특히 주변으로 식가당 등이 없는 것이 불편했네요.

숙소에 도착하니 숙소에선 제 예약 사실을 모르고있고 다른사람한테 방을 배정했습니다. 이게 말이되나요? 방세개짜리 트리플룸 대신 받은건 열악하기 그지없는 일반실 두개. 너무너무 불편했고 숙소에서 쉬면서 솔한잔 하려는 계획은 물거품이 되었습니다. 일처리를 이런식으로 할지 몰랐습니다. 너무실망입니다. 국내가 아니고 외국나가서 이런일을 당한다면 길거리에서 잠을 자야될지도 모르겠네요. 주말 늦은시간이라 상담원이 없어서 가상상담원에게 문의해놨는데 피드백도 없어요.

가족여행이라 쿼드베드인 스위트룸에 묵었어요. 건물은 모텔느낌인데, 스위트룸은 방은 나름 깨끗하고, 넓고 좋아요. 담배냄새없습니다.

앰배서더라고 이름을 올리셔서 전국 각지에 있는 앰배서더라고 믿고 예약을 했는데...\ 가보니 엠버서더... 이름이 짝퉁이더라구요. 외곽진 곳에 자연 친화적이긴 했습니다만... 친구들 주선하여 간 여행에 숙소가 실망스러워 민망했습니다.
