Clean room, staff is nice. Just a few rooms for improvement: the bathroom is not well ventilated, maybe because of the hot season, and the room is not equipped with a microwave. Otherwise, everything else is awesome!

GoodStayed with kids
We appreciated being able to explore the Grand Canyon and then check in to our hotel just minutes down the road. We then ordered food at the restaurant, walked to the general store to pick up a few items to restock our cooler for the morning, and back right in time for our food to come out. The carpet is the EAST building (which is newly renovated) has not been pulled up or redone and it truly grossed me out. Other than that, the property and location were great.

The location could not be better. The rooms are older, but have had some updates. We would definitely stay again.

This is a simple, clean room with no "extras" - but it doesn need it because of the great location. If you go to Grand Canyon for only one night its probably one of the best places you can stay. 15 minutes walk to the rim - so you can experience the sunset and sunrise in a walking distance -there's also a bus stop which can take you to different spots - before the crowd is there. Time just after the dawn and a stroll to the rim is pure magic. Moreover the staff is very helpful, there's a spacious parking. This lodge is surrounded by trees and you can drink coffee outside, breakfast in the canteen/bar nereby is very good. No complaints. Strongly recommend
