We had a great stay overall. The hotel has a chic, modern design and was very clean throughout. The location is excellent—within walking distance of Don Quijote, Ichiran HQ, and Nakasu-Kawabata Station, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dining. A nice bonus was the complimentary beer served twice daily (5:30–6:30 PM and 9:30–10:30 PM), which we really enjoyed. The only downside was the room lighting. Although there was a window, it faced the interior of the building, so very little natural light came in, making the room feel quite dim. The bathroom was also small, with a high step to get in, and the lighting there was even darker. Closing the shower curtain made it feel even dimmer. Despite those minor drawbacks, the hotel's cleanliness, style, amenities, and convenient location made for a pleasant stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great time here, the staff were very helpful. Also helped me shipped my baggage to another hotel in Tokyo. the gentleman working at the valet service is kind and remembered my name. Nice location as well.

It was such a lovely stay! The hotel is rated 3 stars but it looked really classy and stylish. Wasn’t expecting much for breakfast but the breakfast set blew me away! It was almost fine dining.

the hotel was clean and very modern. there was free drinks everyday during happy hour and the free photo booth was also a plus. there was no direct bus or train to and from the airport so we opted to take the taxi since it wasnt too far anyway. apart from this, location was good, just walking distance to tanjin underground mall and canal city mall.
