The men at front counter, could be a little bit more friendly. I asked a simple question and I got attitude, next day my wife went to front desk asking a different question comes back to room and those men must not like there job. Not good first impression for your hotel. Your cleaning staff were more polite and professional than your front counter men. Other than that rooms very clean pool well maintain. You have get those folks at 7am preaching Up and down the sidewalk with their loud speakers, turn down the volume.

We stayed for three nights. Upon check in we were told that housekeeping would not enter the room unless we asked. We thought that was great, don’t really like people entering the room and normally always have the “do not disturb” sign up. When we got into the room it smelled a little musty. However it was clean and beds were comfortable. I noticed we did not have a hairdryer so my husband went to the desk to get one and was told that it was in the room and to look better. It definitely was not and so they told us housekeeping would drop one of the next day. So we knew they would enter that day next say (Friday). On Saturday we went back to our room in the afternoon and was told my housekeeping staff that they hadn’t been on to leave towels. We were confused because we hadn’t asked and told them what the front desk said and that staff member told us we were wrong and that they always drop off towels. The biggest issue is at 9 am on Sunday, the day we were leaving (check out 12pm but we got a late check out at 1pm) I woke up to the key pad click and out door handle being tried. Thankfully we had the lock engaged. When the door wouldn’t open the person tapped repeatedly and loudly on the door until I opened it. A staff member apologized and walked away. We heard them do the same to our neighbor a short time later. We reported to the front desk and they apologized but that was it. Very disappointed in pretty much everything with the staff.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Legacy At The Park. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Disneyland, which made it so convenient to come back and relax after a long day at the parks. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions we had. The hotel was well-maintained, and the pool and other amenities were a nice bonus. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Anaheim. Highly recommend!

Love this hotel, walking distance of Disneyland resort. We were able to stay until they closed. Highly recommend this hotel for families. Everything we needed was in walking distance. My kids also enjoyed the pool area each day before going to Disneyland ❤️❤️ we will be back.

Clean rooms and access to disbeyland

The location is fantastic if you’re planning to visit the Disney parks, as they are within walking distance. However, there are a few things that made our stay disappointing. First, the room felt much smaller than expected, especially considering the price and the description provided. Second, the beds were extremely hard. After spending long, exhausting days at the parks, coming back to a bed that isn’t comfortable makes it very difficult to get the rest you need. Finally, housekeeping only takes out the trash and replaces the towels unless you specifically request a full room cleaning, which wasn’t very convenient. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They even had a fun Fourth of July activity for guests, which was a nice touch. The property itself is clean and well maintained, and the pool is great for families with young children. Check-in starts at 4:00 p.m., which feels a bit late, but check-out isn’t until 12:00 p.m., so that helps balance things out. Overall, while the location and staff were excellent, I don’t think I would stay here again because a good night’s sleep is essential after long days at the parks, and unfortunately, the beds made that impossible.
