There’s was festival below, very loud until midnight. The floors still had dirt on them. There was tricking water from an outside pipe the tripped all night. The parking was difficult, we had to enter their Parking via the multi rise parking. Our cafes were too “big” for their parking and we had to park out the back. We asked for one of the beds to be made up of 2 singles and we had 2 queen beds. Not a great experience. We won’t ever use this facility again

We stayed one night over the March long weekend for a sporting event in a nearby suburb. Apartment was well sized, neat, tidy and relaxing. Noise from other guests was non existent. City noise was heard but not too disruptive. Check in process was positive. Carparking was convenient and easy once we worked it out. Wifi was also satisfactory. Showers were some of the best we've come across in travel. Worth noting that only the very basic was supplied for guest use (towels but no facewashers, a large machine dishwisher but nothing for handwashing, a lot of plates but no teaspoons). We didn't use the kitchen except for the kettle so can't comment on kitchen appliances. Overall it was a good stay for the price.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with twin beds in 1 room and whilst the hotel was agreeable to splitting a bed, it took over 24 hours to happen. The patio had all services on it (hot water system and 2 aircon motors, 1 of which was not for this room), and the aircon drain was direct onto the patio floor, so you could not use the patio except to stand in the middle of it on a mat that was placed on it for water reasons. The apartment was advertised to have aircon, but it was in the loungeroom only. It was very hot during our stay, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The hotel was advertised as having off-street parking, but it was an extra fee and there was non available anyway. Street parking was paid parking and for an hour period at a time only (unless you pay a day rate in a nearby building), which made it difficult for our sporting event and going back to the hotel. There was limited utensils in the kitchen for cooking and the dishwasher didn't work, which would explain why the limited utensils were dirty at the start. There was no tea towel, washing liquid, toaster, sharp knife etc., which made it harder. . There was a funky smell in the hotel building. If you enjoy cultural dining, there is some great local food places. Just be careful walking around at night, as it does not feel like the safest place to be in.

Room itself wasn’t too bad, small but clean. The hallway was very dirty and stunk.

I’ve never written a review before, but I felt compelled to write this one. I booked a room for three people, only to find it had just one bed. The cutlery was dirty, the sheets weren’t clean, and the oven was filthy. The shower had a disabled seat that couldn’t be moved, and when we used it, the water overflowed onto the bathroom floor and into the apartment. The mattress had cigarette burns, the fridge was covered in stickers, and to top it off, there were underwear and clothes left on the balcony. There also weren’t enough utensils for three people, making it even more inconvenient. Overall, this was one of the worst accommodations I’ve ever stayed in—would never book again.
