great location just right above the JR station. Room’s ventilation, especially the bathroom. room’s soundproof need to be improved. TV can’t change language, therefore hard to use.

It was our first time staying in this hotel & in the area…I must say it was a perfect stay! Accessibility & proximity wise is 10/10. I also love the fact that the housekeeping team daily checks if we wanted our rooms to be cleaned and in days we do not need to, they still provide us new sets of towels, toiletries and amenities! Love the big smartTV with YT and Netflix too. We stayed here for 9 days and everything was a breeze. Being connected to JR Kokura Station, we didn’t have to worry about travelling around Kyushu. Staff were also accomodating. One thing to take note of also is they don’t offer complimentary parking for guest so it is 1,500JPY/night. AC is not centralized (thank god!!) so we were able to adjust the temp to our liking. Beds were comfy, bathroom was clean, view was amazing. Very spacious rooms for my family of 3. Overall satisfied and will be back here for sure :)

Hotel is relatively large above JR Kokura Station without any facilities such as public bath, Gym and choice of restaurants. Given such a large hotel should renovate with more facilities and refresh it rooms
