staff are very nice and the food was great even if its not a buffet. the room is ok with bath tub. a little bit old because of the wood design. very old manila feels. but the room is clean and cold. the water pressure is also good. it was a nice stay. will come back again.

In fairness, for the price we got this for, super worth it na siya. The hotel staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are nice as well. Location is also good specially if magninightout kayo. My only issue is yung sa room namin, sira yung drain. But I think it was just sa room namin. it was resolved din naman agad. Still giving this hotel a 5 star!

My friend and I stayed at Herald Suites on Polaris for a quick one-night trip to Makati, booking two separate rooms to give us each our own space. The hotel has a great classic vibe and the location is unbeatable for getting around the city, though I did run into a bit of a snag with a clogged bathtub in my room. Since we were checking out the next morning anyway, I didn't bother bringing it up to the staff and just left it as-is, but despite that one hiccup, the overall stay was comfortable and the hospitality was as warm as expected.

cleanliness: saw a small cockroach while eating breakfast at their cafe downstairs. the pillows that we had in our room were a bit dirty as well. breakfast: the breakfast included was good! love, love, love their selections. will definitely go back just for their food. hotel location: hotel location is good, it’s near a lot of malls and parks. service: service is good.
