Exceptional service from start to finish! Every staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly, professional, and anticipated our needs without us even asking. The attention to detail, from the personalized welcome to the thoughtful turndown service, made us feel incredibly valued. The facilities were magnificent, but it's the people who truly make this hotel shine. Highly, highly recommend!

This is already my Nth time to book a room . i like the most is the accessibility to the Malls and of course just steps away to Ayala Avenue for a car free sundays. i can do Run/ walk along Ayala and such a fun to do activity nearby . Strolling the streets of Legaspi Village and Salcedo Village for a Food Market . It is a home away from home while in the City , i feel like home when im in the hotel. the room is neat & clean also the front desk staff are friendly ang accommodating. i give my excellent score for my stay here.
