Hotel was nice and clean, no issues with that only problems were if you get a room on the backside of the hotel you will hear music up until 3am on the weekends cause of the club in the back which the front desk doesn’t notify you about. And also parking is $66 plus and extra $30 of unnecessary fees like destination fee so you’ll be better off parking around the area instead of at the hotel.

Biggest Issue and huge inconvenience was the miscommunication of Amenity fees that the hotel charges $150 each day for. The lady asked if I was driving I told her no and she lowered the price deducting $50 per night. This is how we got to $100 a night. This extra info was hidden. I paid for everything in advance and was completely blindsided. I was shown through Expedia that I would only have a destination Fee $30 a night & Dest Occupancy Fee $4.86 a night, equaling $104.58 total. This amount I was informed of by Expedia. However, at the hotel they told me I also had to pay a daily rate of $100 for the use of amenities eventhough I would not be using anything outside of my room. That totaled to $300 dollars that upon checkout I was supposed to see on my receipt and be getting back within 2 to 5 business days. It was a major inconvenience that affected my entire stay and comfort there. I never received a receipt for the $300 dollar amenities hold. Plus and most importantly, I have not seen the $300.00 placed back in my account yet and it has been more than 2 weeks since I have checked out. The hotel also separately charged me the above mentioned $104.58 at checkout and no where on my receipt did it list the $300.00 taken that is supposed to be placed back on my card. I need my money placed back on my card immediately at this point! I feel bamboozled, mishandled, inconvenienced, uncomfortable, used and definitely taken advantage of. All resulting in me feeling disrespected!!!

Great staff and very clean room!

Every thing about the hotel was top tier. Will book here again in the future! Unfortunately I lost my Ralph Lauren Sunglasses somewhere in the lobby.

Everything was great. Would’ve been better if it had a pool.

The staff was very friendly, the only down side was that parking was $66 for over night
