Good

The sheet and duvet were too small for the bed and when I asked them to change it they put the same size again. I could literally see the mattress on the sides.

The property is in a wonderful location with magnificent Bosphorus views. I like the hotel very much and return many times. However there are items to improve: The stair carpet from lobby to the main dining room is threadbare and looks terrible. Why dont they replace it. The electrics in my room were faulty causing the lights to flash on and off at random. I also hate the music around the pool which is pumped out at high volume. Then in the evening the music from 16th floor roof bar thumps out and is audible in the rooms. I think the hotel has to work out if it is a 5 star luxury property or if it is trying to be a nightclub. The two are incompatible. The service around the pool is also completely overloaded when it is busy. Very slow and inattentive just because they are overrun with work. But overall it is a great property and I will still return, but they could do so much better.
