The breakfast menu pretty much the same for the last 2 days , nothing change and not much Verities . Outdoor public bath are nice but to dark and the steps very sharp and slippery. I witnessed a middle age women almost fell to the ground , it can be very dangerous as her head hit the concrete, otherwise a nice place to enjoy the public bath under the skies . Very convenient location , many foods stall , supermarkets, transportation all under one roof.

cleanliness: rooms are very clean service: check in and check out process was a breeze, amenities are also available at lobby transport access: just beside the JR Oita station which is very convenient hotel location: inside the AMU mall with lots of food choices and also a food court, also near a family mart

A high standard hotel next to the train station. the hotel is from the eighth floor up to the 19th where there is a spa and baths. The segregated baths are very nice. stayed only one night. Great location if using public transport.

very beautiful hotel centrally located in Oita Station. There is so much to do in walking distance and the Sky Sauna is amazing. Very friendly staff and a clean establishment.
