It's nice, staffs are very approachable and helpful. I love it cause it's near the tourist attractions but the only downside for me is no elevator. So I have to go up on foot let's say 5 floors if you're staying at 4th floor, cause I level up are rooms 104 and 105 I think? as far as I can remember. And I can smell cigarettes for couple of times in a day specially at night, which I really dislike cause I have allergies. But overall the place is clean, they change towels everyday which is very nice. Overall it's good.

Stayed at Hanoi Elite Hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect — right in the Old Quarter so you can walk to street food spots, night market, Hoan Kiem Lake, and Beer Street. Even though it’s in a lively area, the hotel is tucked inside a small alley so it feels more quiet at night. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is good, and the staff are super friendly and helpful with tips and arranging transport. Only thing to note is there’s no elevator, so you’ll need to take the stairs, but overall it’s great value and an ideal base for exploring Hanoi.

No picture or video available. Though they are not really English proficient, the effort they do to communicate is outstanding. We can also use Google translate. They are very kind people and approachable. The room is also clean however noises outside the door (anyone who passes the stairs) can be a little nausance, we can hear some people walking the stairs. The shower faucet is also difficult to use for hot and cold shower.
