Thank you so very much Novotel Hotel, socially the gentleman on the counter and the young man in the bar forgot their names, both from Afghanistan, very friendly , highly professional fully experienced and very well behaved. Jennifer is the lady who was refilling the refrigerator and I left her €20.00 on the counter. Hopefully she will receive her tips. Thank you all

Overall pretty good stay at the hotel, though the shampoo/body wash offered seems a bit lack luster. Also having a menu for the breakfast would be helpful, as asking the greeter at the dinning area with "what options are available, what do you serve, and 2-3 other forums of the same question yielded little results.

First class in all departments. Great location. Easy access from airport and central station. Quiet location. Just far enough out of centre to be away from city centre riff-raff. Spacious room. Great staff. Look forward to staying again.
