Good
Laminated wood floor leaking water, it appears water coming from the rest room and puddles to walkway outside the restroom and flow down to the center table of the sofa. Findings reported to the front desk and said he will come by in 5 mins, and will check, Unfortunately, no one showed up. I’m sure that room is most likely molded. Hopefully, we are ok.

Good
Room itself was comfortable, clean, quiet, and not reeking of toxic chemical cleaning products. No breakfast area, just a tiny lobby with an out-of-order coffee machine. Indifferent, unsmiling desk clerk. Gap in shuttle schedule. Nothing between 11:10am and 3:10pm, I believe.

Overall the hotel was a 4 out of 5! The area was so so, but the room was great! The only problem I had was the ice maker was broken and the coffee maker didn’t work either in the lobby?

Great
Our room was cleaned and serviced very nicely. The heater / air conditioner was very efficient and comfortable. The complimentary lobby coffee machine was excellent! And the airport shuttle was convenient, on-time and quick. Overall, a great experience!
