The rooms were a little small, but the staff was exceptional! They were friendly and helpful and I really appreciated their recommendations and patience! The breakfast was also fantastic and the staff maintaining it that as well! I came down to Miami for the FIFA game and would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Miami!

This hotel was a perfect location for pre-cruise stay. The price was good for the stay as well. The rooms were clean and basic, just not that big. It was a little wear and tear but nothing to major. There was a restaurant on site and right next door to a CVS. You can hear the music from the Bayside market place if you have a Bay View room but it did not bother me at all. There were sun screens on the window that blocked my Bay View that I paid extra for so that was kind of a bummer. Overall it was a great stay. Walking distance from everything.

Staff were great. But it's a "cheaper" hotel in Miami so it's not amazing or luxurious. Fine for a quick cheap night or two. Pretty clean. No microwave or fridge in the room but they have the tiniest microwave known to man in the lobby which came in handy. No breakfast, no pool. Overall decent stay. Valet and check in was a breeze, lovely fellas working there. Helped with my bags and super polite. A/C was probably the most efficient A/C Ive ever experienced. Too hot? NOT ANYMORE. Too cold? NOW YOU'RE WARM almost immediately lol. I'd stay again but only if i'm on a budget. I'd recommend tbh.
