It was dirty, hair in the tub. Checked in via kiosk and the guy couldn't understand us. There appeared to be repair jobs that were not quality work. I wouldn't recommend staying here. For $60 more we should have just stayed at the Hilton. Our friends booked here too and there experience was just as bad as ours.

Virtual clerk took 30 minutes to get us checked in and get our keys, no human available at check-in. Very frustrating. Black mold on bathroom ceiling, no hot water pressure, TV only had 2 channels. Beds and pillows were comfortable...thank goodness.

Your check in is through a kiosk with a virtual person which when i walked in, I should of known to leave then. The room smelled musty and humid. Breakfast wasn't good. Made my wife not feel good after making waffles (tasted weird). We ended up going to another hotel after our first night and are trying to get one of our nights refunded

Fantastic

Solo stay

My room was awesome. I had the suite so I had a hot tub in my room that was clean and very relaxing. I\nHad a big, comfortable bed.\nAnd my air conditioner worked great. I loved my room so much that I called in sick to work. The pool was inviting and clean.

Fantastic

Solo stay

Solo traveler for Truman Library visit. I usually stay at Marriott or Hilton but chose this hotel for convenience. On the outside it may look rough. But once inside and got to my room - had absolutely no regrets in staying at this hotel. Also location cannot be beat. Overall excellent value. Room was clean and hotel was quiet. Check in and check out were a breeze. Wifi is free and fast.

Watch out for the deposit scam we’re smoking in a room because I don’t even smoke and they kept my deposit. It’s an extra hundred dollars.
