Fantastic

We loved everything about this hotel. It is very well situated — close to the Baker Street tube station, and surrounded by wonderful restaurants. It felt very cozy, and a pleasure to return to each evening. The hotel restaurant was excellent, both for breakfast and for a convenient dinner, with a knowledgeable sommelier and friendly staff. The bed was comfortable, the room spacious, with lots of cupboard space. We will return!

Good

Probably typical of hotels in this part of London, but for a superior room it was very compact, god knows how small a 'cosy double' is! Bed not a king size, but adequate, general fixtures and fittings ok, bathroom functional, but for a mid to high end Hotel, very cheap toilet paper (thin). Breakfast was nice, good service, but dear at £20 a head. Very dim lighting between reception and the bar/restaurant area, however this seems to be the theme throughout the hotel. Overall this place did the job for us location wise, but not likely one I would use again.

I highly recommend this hotel. The accommodations are excellent and the staff are exceptional for service. The High Street nearby is great for shopping and cafes. The Tube station is a five minute walk from the hotel.

The place is perfect is you are looking for a boutique hotel far from the crowds but in the middle of a great neighborhood. Bars, restaurants and unique shops around you. There is also a beautiful garden around the corner called Paddington Street Gardens South. The hotel common areas are spacious, rooms not that much but in really good shape. The fitness center it’s small but super well equipped. I loved my entire experience. Would be my new spot in London.

Reception staff were amazing and so helpful. Seriously amazing if I’m being really honest. Helped to store luggage for us whilst we were in Europe, they went out of their way to assist us with late checkout as our flight wasn’t until 10pm at night back to Australia and everybody we dealt with had a great sense of humour.

We chose a deluxe room but the beds were not very good. Too low, cheap bed frames and cheap mattresses. Breakfast had lots of choice but not very good. Fresh fruit had dried up. Mains brought before cereal so had to send it back so I could eat cereal first. Didn’t cook a fresh main, just kept it warm. My fried egg looked like it had been fried in old dirty oil. Coffee only warm.
