Fantastic

Solo stay

The hotel is easy to find, and it was easy to park; both greatly appreciated. Matthew (?) on reception was very helpful and responsive before and after my stay when I needed some help with an invoice. The room itself was one of the best I've stayed in in Launceston; clean, spacious, light, well equipped. Great value, great experience.

Great

Solo stay

Check in was fast and easy, with Matt being all over it in regards to what’s going on and even previous conversations you had with him before you got there. Plus even remembering your name days later. The room itself is a decent size containing simple things, like a fridge, toaster, kettle with tea/coffee sachets and a microwave. Think there’s even an ironing board and maybe an iron. The toiletries they use are really nice. It’s not far from the city so just a little walk but some streets are quite steep. Parking is a first come basis but there are quite a few parking spaces. Overall it’s a great place to stay.
