I had a fantastic stay here with my friend while attending a Harry Styles concert at Wembley. The location was ideal, with several tube stations within a 10-minute walk, making it incredibly easy to get around London and travel to the venue. The staff were lovely throughout our stay and were always happy to help with anything we needed. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. We had no issues at all with either check-in or check-out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

In all honesty I didn’t know what to expect from the chain as I had never stayed in an I is hotel before, however my friend and I were surprised and impressed. As a mid priced hotel our expectations were not high, but the stay was great from start to finish. Friendly reception with a modern open seating area was a good first impression. Check-in was easy and our twin room was fine. Not huge, but clean and everything was available including extra pillows and an iron and board. The buffet breakfast had a great selection, although it would be nice to have a choice of eggs (only scrambled egg was available and very dry). The chef’s offer on the set evening meal was amazing value. 2 courses for £19 or 3 for £24 was fab and great sized portions. All the staff were friendly and professional and I will certainly be back!

The room was clean and had good air conditioning. The staff on reception were really helpful and check in / out was really easy and simple. The downside was breakfast as the scrambled eggs were powdered eggs and was often very busy in a small space. Also the milk was from machines which was confusing when having tea or cereals.
