very friendly and nice staff! They are very helpful to introduce the night market nearby and also the hotel facilities and restaurants like the sky bar. The hotel is considerate that provided earplugs for customer if the night market busking (only weekend) outside is disturbing the stay of rest. The female staff i guess manager is very helpful, she will ask for your coming plan after staying the hotel. She also escort us to the room and introduce some basic facilities and the way to contact front desk! The room is clean and comfortable. variety choices of breakfast, sushi and dessert taste good! I would highly recommend this hotel if you are the first time to Hanoi ! The location is convenient as well.

the biggest advantage it is its location. nice clean and value for money hotel and supportive staff. they had a well lay out breakfast and staff was supportive in explaining as we are vegetarians. they also helped in arranging some vegetarian freshly made dishes.
