Due to our own mistake we had to rebook our stay. Staff were incredibly helpful and understanding. They made us feel welcome. The place is clean, well equipped and furnished, walking distance to the main train station, shopping mall, restaurants. Highly recommended

Well I turned up at 9.15am to drop my bags off but the staff member was really nice and let me check in because the room was ready.
Room was spotless and looked very newly refurbished, great amenities and also great location especially for the station.

Fantastic This hotel is wonderful. I was shocked because I have been passing this building every time I am in Cracow not knowing there is a hotel upstairs. There are Starbucks and famous Polish cafe Lajkonik downstairs. Located sitting walking distance to both the shopping mall, train & bus station and old town. The hotel is super clean. You could eat from the floor :) the staff is very professional and nice. Also, good price. I will definitely stay there again.
