Good, affordable stay. Clean, nice views of the marina. Would stay again.

Great stay

The hotel itself was fine, like a well done remodel of a motel 6. The staff, except the maids who were exceptional, were a major frustration. From selfish delivery staff for meals (who more than once) tried to obtain an additional tip in addition to that already and automatically charged. To their attempt to charge me for valet parking (even though I am handicapped and don’t drive) which I ultimately found necessary to enlist the help of Expedia which efficiently remedied the inappropriate charge with a single call. Most frustrating was the hotel’s “fine print “ destination charge of $40.00 per day which was a shock since I thought I was paid up in full. Expedia located the fine print so I was stuck for 9 days of it. I don’t mind if they read this since there are several comparable properties nearby and doubt if circumstances are such I would ever be unfortunate enough to stay here again.

Clean, Helpful Staff, Coffee and Friendly Barista on site, Gym is useful just a bit worn out, pool was nice, no laundry on site

Had the best time in this hotel.

I love this hotel. I think this was my fifth day within three years. It never disappoints. There have even been improvements like the meal vouchers and the bicycle rental vouchers. The staff is always super nice. It’s unpretentious and welcoming. If you like to bicycle or rollerskate, there’s a great path right next to the hotel. I loved walking to Trader Joe’s and rollerskating. I hate to give out this secret because I love the hotel and I want them to make a lot of money off of other people, but not me. There is very cheap parking across the street from the Bank of America. Now I use that instead of their valet.
