Staff was super friendly and even offered free water and ice cream in the lobby. We have six rooms for a wedding weekend and everyone was happy.

Wonderful experience. The valet parking was a little expensive at $80 a day but, it is downtown San Francisco. Outside of that very enjoyable. Would certainly stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our girls' weekend at the Omni! It's a beautiful hotel with a classy, yet unpretentious and cozy, vibe. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and everything is spotless. Plus, it's centrally located in the very walkable Financial District. We stayed in a nice spacious double room on the 16th floor on the quiet side of the hotel. We were thrilled to also have a large bathroom with ample counter space for all our toiletries (VERY important when TWO girls are sharing a room)! :-) Highly recommended!

Most excellent stay!! Will definitely stay again. We were there for Fourth of July and the price was so much more reasonable then ALL the other hotels around!! GREAT location! Right next door to Chinatown and the restaurant for breakfast was amazing! Such helpful friendly staff!!
