travel in japan during 3 weeks, Yokohama,Kyoto and Osaka. This is the best hotel where I stayed, 4 days. I definitely will stay there again if I go back to Osaka. canadian customer.

The staff was very helpful. The rooms were neat and clean. The breakfast was very good. And it is about a 10 minute walk away from the Umeda Osaka station.

1- this hotel is hard to find, Mr. google was confused at about halfway there. asked 3 different people's help finally find the hotel. 2- receptionist were speak no English, perhaps I should be more prepared with my Japanese. 3- check-in is 3 pm, check-out is 10 am ( I think is too early for check out). 4- my room have a tiniest bathroom I have ever seen. 5- the breakfast was just a continental breakfast. 6- no closet in the room to hang clothes. 7- hotel location is definitely not in a family-friendly neighborhood
