Great
Rooms furnitures are very outdated. Carpets in the rooms and halls are very old. Door opening system. It is a 2-3 stars hotel.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful building, extremely well appointed in a good location. All of the staff were extremely helpful and attentive, with Fred in particular going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need. My only negative is the roof top terrace which could definitely do with some TLC. But that is a minor issue - everything else was wonderful.

Hotel was exquisite and whilst we were there for football, hotel would be fabulous for couples. Rooms gorgeous and staff seemed to go the extra mile. Istanbul ( like any city) has its ‘chancer’s’ but hotel and staff amongst the best I’ve dealt with.

Stayed with family

I came from Australia to visit my family and stayed at this hotel for three nights. The location is absolutely perfect — truly one of the best areas in Istanbul. The cleanliness was exceptional; even our clothes were neatly arranged by the staff, which was a lovely touch. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.
