GoodStayed with family
Quaint place, great location. Good price. But very noisy inside the hotel itself, from other rooms and running pipes. Might explain the earplugs left on the bed when you get into your room .

Stayed for 2 nights, room was nice and clean, mini kitchen was useful. The shower was amazing, great pressure and 2 shower heads. Parking was ok, but it is a limited room hotel. Walking distance to downtown, about a 10 min walk. Def would stay here again.

FantasticSolo stay
It’s a great location to Denver art museum. Off street Contact free entry was new to me, but once I got used to it, I found it very convenient.
Any requests that I had were immediately attended to. I will go here again if I return to Denver Downtown.

The owner helped us get in as we were new to the code entry. He was very helpful. Would like some lotion in the bathroom and the light above the kitchen sink was out of reach had to use a chair to turn it on. Loved the place and it was quiet. The bed was amazing slept really well. We would stay again.

Awesome little boutique hotel. Will definitely stay again. There were a few minor issues in the room, but nothing more than you’d experience during any other hotel stay…toilet seat was very loose, there were no dishwasher pods for the dishwasher, and a couple other tiny things. Nothing major.
The room was on the small side, but that was expected, as the hotel very clearly explained on their website. The room was well appointed, with nice amenities. The mini split A/C was fantastic, and kept the room nice and cool during an extremely hot weekend. The bed was AMAZING. I have to get me one of those. Pillows were extremely comfortable as well.
The community kitchen and patio were an unexpected plus. We figured it would be a cool feature, but never realized we’d use and enjoy it as much as we did. And the free parking just puts this place over the top. Nothing upsets me more than paying $40+ per night to park my car at a hotel, but you don’t have to worry about that here.
All in all, it was a great stay, and we’re looking forward to staying again in the future!

This hotel is so cool. Such a different experience than you get with other places. We stayed in the love loft and it was wonderful. The parking was easy (and free!) and the surrounding neighborhood felt safe. My only complaints are that it was a little warm inside, the ice machine in the lounge never had ice, and the bathroom door was kind of hard to maneuver. Other than that, it was an absolutely perfect stay. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Rather new, but I would already consider it a hidden gem. Not far from downtown and offers a completely unique experience than any hotel in the area could offer. Checking in and getting in the room was seamless. The amenities are great with free coffee, electrolytes, sleeping mask and more. The zero gravity bed is life changing; especially after a full day in downtown. Shower has nice water pressure, although I’m not The hugest fan of the matte black toilets. The room also includes a little kitchenette with a heating pad if you would like to cook. Each room has its own theme so if multiple rooms are available make sure to pick the one with the theme you like the most. Couldn’t recommend this more for an individual or a couple to stay while visiting Denver.
