hotel location: is a bit far from PD attraction but still within reasanble travel time. view: good view breakfast: is good with lots of choices check in: 3 pm check in is not convenient :(

I would rate the hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! They granted my request for birthday deco (no complimentary cake given) and it has huge kids pool with slides. If the location is not that far from town (takes around 25 mins to town) and has adult pool, I would definitely give full 5 stars. Other than that, no issues from my end. Will definitely repeat in future.

It is a new hotel but bit further than most hotel and Teluk Kemang. Check in was lightning fast, lifts were ok...quite fast..we stayed in Family Suite and it was spacious and fragrant!!! aircond was freezing cold and the beddings were comfy...wifi bit off (we stayed at 20-01).. food choices were ok...lontong was good!! water park was enjoyable though i guess a lot of comments before would love to suggest more slide / entry to the ship from the front facade rather than the back..but overall super cool hotel..
