Great place to stay. There is no receptionist inside, but you can talk to their online host by webcam. There are CCTV everywhere, easy to find out how it works. The host was super kind to us, we can talk with english speaker host, so it is easier for us during the check-in and check-out process. They provide luggage storage too, if you needed to place the luggage before check-in hour. Location was great, at the central district, easy to access and the building was so authentic Japanese room.
