Good property, good staff, but food would have to be improved.

I stayed in the property for business and overall had a great one. The staff were very helpful, shootout to Pebri and the guys at the reception! However, the only downside is the food, taste and quality was not acceptable. But overall, the property was good.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally professional, polite, and quick to respond to any concerns. Everyone—from the front desk to the dining team and even the housekeeping staff—made me feel very welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, and I was especially impressed with how clean and well-laid-out the pool area was. The food was delicious, the discounts were appreciated, and the staff went out of their way to offer helpful advice on local shopping. My only suggestion would be to consider adding bath mats in the bathrooms for extra comfort and safety. I brought this up during my stay, and the team received the feedback with warmth and openness. Unfortunately, my aunt had a minor fall in the bathroom, but the staff handled the situation with such care and understanding. As a kind gesture, even though I was fully prepared to pay, the manager on duty offered us a complimentary late checkout—something I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and genuine hospitality. I’m very grateful for the experience and look forward to staying here again.

Nearby is Lippo mall (limited dining, limited shops). Hotel property breakfast was abut crowded. Service was good and staff was attentive.
